A lot of my recipes involve spaghetti squash so here is the way I cook them:
Poke a few deep holes in the squash and put directly in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. At this point it should be perfect, a little brown even. The way I check if it’s ready is stick the knife in it and it should go right through without forcing. Cut down the middle to let the heat out and let it sit for like 30 minutes so you don’t burn your hands off. Then pull the middle section of seeds/goopy stuff out and discard…**the seeds are delicious so you can roast those if you don’t want to waste** Then your squash should look like the above. All you have to do is grab a big tupperware and pull all those noodles out of the squash….there will even be noodles stuck to the walls so make sure you get it all. Then cook with these delicious noodles!
